Una vasta esperienza nel motorsport come concorrente prima e annunciatore poi, ha portato a Todd Morey alla guida del truck "Iron outlaw" per i fratelli Jimmy e Dawn Creten del roster "2Xtreme racing".
Il curriculum di Morey in pista include le gare di kart sia su pista che asfalto, 4 Cylinder Stocks, Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, Sportsman, Pro Trucks and Late Models. 
La prima esperienza di Todd con Monster jam è avvenuta come annunciatore agli eventi di questo sport e per il sito ufficiale Monsterjam.com e per le World Finals.
-Morey’s first experience with Monster Jam came on the microphone as a host at Monster Jam events and even for MonsterJam.com covering the Monster Jam World Finals®. Morey has also worked on the microphone in a variety of venues, including his time as a NASCAR Track Announcer at Charlotte Motor Speedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway. -

-He has also been heard on the ARCA Radio Network and as a Speed 51 radio announcer in addition to time as an ESPN Radio Commentator in 2006. In all Morey has announced for over 50 short tracks across the US. But his love for being in the action and behind the wheel has taken the lead as he drives Iron Outlaw in Monster Jam competition.-
Nel 2017, Todd tornerà dietro il volante del suo truck "Bounty Hunter".
